Thursday afternoons 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
23 April – 25 June 2026, 10-week term
Cost: $360 ($12 per hour)
A $50 deposit is required upon registration.
If you’ve always wanted to learn to draw or paint but don’t know where to start, this class will guide you step by step.
You’ll learn the essential foundations—observation, proportion, tone, and composition—through clear demonstrations and individual guidance, building real skills and confidence as you go.
No experience is needed. By the end of the term, you’ll not only create finished artworks, but also gain the understanding and confidence to continue on your own.

This Thursday evening class is perfect for working people who can’t attend class during the day.
The class suits absolute beginners or continuing artists. You choose your medium, either drawing, pastel or painting.
Beginners will be guided through a series of exercises to explore materials and techniques.

If you’ve always wanted to learn to draw or paint but don’t know where to start, this class will guide you step by step.
Suitable for both beginners and continuing acrylic painters, you’ll learn essential foundations—observation, proportion, tone, and composition—through clear demonstrations, painting exercises, and individual guidance, building real skills and confidence.
By the end of the term, you’ll create finished artworks and have the confidence to explore your own ideas and continue on your own.

We like to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience learning and creating without interruption. Should you be running late or need to skip a class, please let Tracey know.

For Classes & Workshops: A deposit of $50 is required to secure your place, any cancellations within 7 days of the workshop or first class and the deposit will be forfeit. Any missed classes are also non-refundable but alternative times may be available for catch ups. Full payment is required upon arrival to the first class/workshop so the focus can remain on the class itself.
